Networking Sessions
beMobile Six Degrees of Separation In partnership with the beMobile, Molaya Kgosi is hosting a series of live interactive networking sessions aimed at exposing and mentoring young people to better their personal and professional development. There will be 6 networking sessions running from April 2015 until September 2015 with a maximum of 2 speakers (experienced women leaders in respective themes) per theme. The session will cover 6 themes being: Business Etiquette, Legal Awareness, Property Investment, Personal Branding & Marketing, Financial Management and Entreprebeurship & Innovation. Target Group: young professionals and entrepreneurs between ages of 18-35 years. Tea with McPherson: in partnership with the United States of America Embassy to Botswana, Molaya Kgosi hosted a tea session with Dr Sharron McPherson an expert in women run businesses. This session was specifically an opportunity for entrepreneurs on advancement of businesses and lessons learnt. Molaya Kgosi Luncheon
mentorship luncheon where mentors and mentees that had been paired were to meet for the first time and engage. The mentors comprised of a number of successful women who are leaders of industry, and the mentees were young aspiring women who had the drive and interest in growing in the industry of their respective mentor. This platform also served as a networking opportunity between the mentors and mentees themselves and saw the formation of meaningful professional relationships. |
Molaya Kgosi Roundtable Mentorship SessionsA project in partnership with the Chevening Alumni Association in Botswana (visit for www.chevening.org more information on the Chevening Scholarship). These sessions are the first of their kind in Botswana and will give the youth a glimpse of the needs and stresses faced by those whose success continues to inspire and promote leadership development. These roundtables are held 6 times a year in various locations in Botswana. Some of the sessions are recorded and made into a series. Profiles of our Mentors can be found below;

Molaya Kgosi in Schools is an on-going project aimed at growing the network of Molaya Kgosi and ensuring that the Mentees give back to the community. While several University struggle with 'whats next?', Senior school students face the same challenge. whats more is, its at that point in time where you need to make the right decisions, understand and know your options. The mentees from the luncheon offered guidance to these students based on their experiences. As it stand currently 56 students are being mentored. Molaya Kgosi HerStory
MolayaKgosi Herstory which showcased a series of in-depth one on one interview and narrations on the challenges, experiences & influences of selected successful Batswana women in different sectors who have encountered challenges the various career paths they took and their achievements.
